The cost of IVF depends on each couple's treatment plan, including medicines, tests and procedures such as ICSI or embryo freezing. Dr. Sana gives a personalised treatment plan and cost estimate after an initial fertility evaluation of both partners.
Neither is better for everyone. IUI is simpler and cheaper and suits mild male-factor issues, unexplained infertility or ovulation problems. IVF has higher success rates per cycle and is advised for blocked tubes, low egg reserve, severe male infertility or after failed IUI attempts.
PCOS is managed with lifestyle changes (weight loss, regular exercise, balanced diet), medicines to regulate periods and ovulation, insulin-sensitising drugs, and fertility treatment when planning pregnancy. Diagnosis uses symptoms, hormone blood tests and a pelvic sonography, all available at our centre.
Gynaecological laparoscopy is a minimally invasive keyhole surgery done under anaesthesia, so there is no pain during the procedure. Mild discomfort for 2–3 days is common. Risks are low, recovery is faster than open surgery, and most patients go home within 24 hours.
